One of the biggest places I see others getting stuck is in their inability to truly release the past. They let their past experiences and beliefs dictate how they show up in the present - WITHOUT realizing that this is exactly what is keeping them stuck in unwanted patterns!
I know this on a deep, soul level and have experienced it first hand in so many areas of my life; the biggest one being related to not feeling "good enough" in relationships, in my career, or in what I believed I brought to the world. For most of my life I felt insignificant, small, and FAR from special or worthy.
My own deeply-rooted unworthiness that I had before being born (thanks to Hypnotherapy and deep meditations I was able to uncover and identify the starting point of my insecurities and unworthiness... I was able to go all the way back to my mothers womb and feel the hurt and anger from her because my dad was too busy with work to be home with her, my brother, and me. Even though I wasn't physically born yet, the energetic connection was there and this strong feeling was something I brought into the world with me when I was born).
Due to this unworthiness, I found myself feeling small and not "enough" time and time again. I also began attracting people who matched my beliefs - causing me to reaffirm these very limited and unhealthy beliefs even more.
Can you relate to this at all?? Do you feel like there are certain patterns following you around no matter where you go or what you do? Are there patterns of not being heard? Not being respected? Not feeling safe? Patterns of attracting people who make you feel small or like your needs don't matter?
After attracting countless coworkers, bosses, and partners who didn't appreciate me or respect me, being sexually harassed and assaulted multiple times and then being raped, I finally hit my wits end.
I knew the work went deeper than simple positive affirmations or confidence building and I had to find a solution.
Thankfully, I stumbled upon Subconscious Reprogramming and Energy Work which allowed me to dive really deep into my subconscious AND my energy field to release this baggage once and for all.
I like to think of our energy body as an invisible backpack that we carry with us everywhere but can't see. Every time we get hurt or feel let down, or anytime we experience heavy pain we add some rocks into the backpack.
Unless we do the deep releasing work, these rocks continue to pile up and make us feel worse and worse. Plus - since we're still carrying the energy of the past, we continue to ATTRACT more of it because that's just how the Law of Attraction works!
